A material show live on surveillance, to check on it, to make sure it is still working.
The organs of an unknown human body lay on the floor of the exhibition space, now a container, accompanied by the inmortal remains of Simon Bolivar and other historical figures that seem unresolvable.
The exhibition -a composition of paintings, drawings, cables and a digital avatar of the gallery itself rendered in real time, refers to personal and collective experiences that happened during the last year: the fragility of the personal body, the fragmentation of the social body and the difficult task of abandoning a dualist, binary model of thinking to make amends with a hybrid way of living, technologically “mestizo”, capable of accepting the differences between corporal and spiritual, virtual and material.
Hence the paintings in the exhibit are the textures for the digital models of it. The lungs, intestine and heart keep on working by pure habit, and visiting the show via streaming is not a replacement for an actual visit but a complement: one that allows you to be present in the exhibition via digital means, and experience the show simultaneously as extended and thinking thing.

Una exposición vigilada por streaming, para ver como está, para asegurarse de que aún funciona.
Los órganos de un ser humano anónimo yacen dispersos en una copia virtual del espacio expositivo, ahora devenido en contenedor, acompañados de los restos inmortales de Simón Bolivar y otras figuras difíciles de resolver.
La muestra -compuesta por pinturas tradicionales, dibujos, cables y una copia digital de la galería, refiere por cierto a experiencias personales y colectivas acontecidas durante el último tiempo: la fragilidad del cuerpo individual, la fragmentación del cuerpo social y la difícil tarea de abandonar un marco de pensamiento dualista y binario para hacer las paces con un modo de vivir híbrido, tecnológicamente mestizo, capaz de aceptar las diferencias entre lo espiritual y lo corporal, lo virtual y lo material.
Así, las pinturas de la muestra son la base de los modelos digitales de la misma. Los ´pulmones y el corazon funcionan por costumbre, y la visita online de la muestra -vía un streaming continuo accequible desde youtube - no es un sucedáneo de visita presencial; sino un complemento que permite probar esta muestra que hibrida virtualidad y materialidad, que es simultáneamente cosa extendida y cosa pensante.
